Son of a bitch this is looking good. The new trailer for Tron Legacy out of Comic-Con reveals a bit more of the plot and characters, and makes one even more impatient for the film’s December 2010 release.

Umm…shit. I can’t say I’m a Tron fanboy by any stretch, but Disney’s new trailer for the December 2010-slated sequel, Tron Legacy, is pretty damn awesome. I have to think that with a visual film like this, 3D rendering is the right choice and should prove a big pay off. Jeff Bridges, too, looks solid returning as Flynn. (Even I can appreciate him in this, despite being bothered by his Oscar award for Crazy Heart).
Crazy Heart
Crazy Heart could also be known as The Wrestler: The Musical: washed up has-been tries to piece together a life out of a once-successful career while fighting addiction, trying to reconcile with an estranged child, and wooing a younger woman. But whereas Mickey Rourke played a wrestler, Jeff Bridges plays singer/songwriter Bad Blake and provides a soundtrack to his misery. Fittingly, his music is the music of pain: country.
